Tau Mu is the premier honors society for college students in finance and/or consulting. Our members represent the top universities and top academic performance in finance and consulting, and many of our students are seeking fall-semester internships.
HOW DOES THE MENTORSHIP PROGRAM WORK?
Each Fall, Tau Mu will match our members with a mentor in their desired field. Our mentorship program is structured so that:
Structure: Meet with your mentor for 30-minute intro. Beyond that, our students will check in with you monthly, whether on a call or simply exchanging a few emails for a shorter, well-defined question.
Time commitment: Our program runs from October to February, with time commitment each month ranging from 10 to 30 minutes. The total commitment from Oct to Feb is no more than 2.5 hours, but will make a world of difference for the student.
